Stuffed Crab Mushroom Caps
1 can crab meat (drained)
1 large tsp of Char’s Tasty Onion and Chive
1 large tsp of Char’s Lemon and Dill Weed
½ cup of Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
½ cup of Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
10 Large Mushroom Caps (washed and center removed )
Pinch of Pepper
Hint: Try baby portabello mushrooms mmm,mmm
|Directions: Combine Cream Cheese, Crab Meat, Char’s Tasty
Onion and Chive, Char’s Lemon and Dill Weed,
Cheddar, Mozzarella and pepper. Stuff mixture in Mushroom Caps,
place completed mushrooms on cookie sheet and bake for about 25
minutes at 375°, Serve hot…Enjoy!
1 box of Turkey or chicken stuffing (cooked)
½ cup of White Wine (Optional)
2 Tbsp of Butter
1 Tbsp of Char’s Lemon and Dill Weed Seasoning
1 ½ cups of Shredded Cheese (Marble)
½ cup of diced red onion
|Directions: Place 3 fillets in a non-stick backing dish, spread 1 tbsp
of butter & ¼ cup of onions over fillets, add ¼
cup of White Wine, sprinkle ½ tbsp of Char’s
Lemon and Dill Weed Seasoning, next spread ½ the
Turkey dressing, then sprinkle ¾ cup of shredded cheese.
Form another layer following the same instructions. Bake at 375°
for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve with salad or mashed potatoes.
Cajun or Curry Chicken Bake
|4 Chicken Breast
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
½ cup of Milk
½ cup of Bread Crumbs (breading)
½ cup of Corn Flakes Crumbs (fine crumbs)
2 Lg Tbsps of Char’s Cajun Seasoning
2 Lg Tbsp of Char’s Hurry get the Curry Seasoning
|Directions: In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, corn flake crumbs and Char’s
Cajun Seasoning or Char’s Hurry get the Curry Seasoning,
set aside. In a bowl add milk, egg and olive oil, beat for a few
second, dip chicken breast in egg milk mix then place in crumb mixture.
Place on a cookie sheet.
Hint: Add crumb mixture & chicken in a zip lock bag and shake
Bake at 375° approximately 35-40 minutes. Enjoy!
Summer Potato Salad
Large Red Potatoes (cooked, cooled, peeled & cubeb)
2 Boiled Eggs (diced)
¼ cup shredded carrots
¼ cup of diced celery
2 Large Tbsp of Char’s Achin for Bacon Seasoning
Dash of ground Pepper
½ cup of miracle whip
½ cup of Ranch Dressing
|Directions: Place Potatoes in bowl, add eggs, shredded carrots, and celery,
mix in Miracle Whip and Ranch dressing, add Char’s Achin
for Bacon Seasoning & pepper.
Chill then serve. Enjoy!
Pork Greek Skewer
|2 pounds of
pork or chicken cubes
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
¼ cup of Soya Sauce (or our Greek Balsamic Vingar)
1 Tbsp of Sugar
1 large Tbsp of Char’s Am I Talking Greek
12 Large Fresh Mushrooms (cut in half)
1 small Red Pepper (cut in stripes)
1 small Green Pepper (cut in stripes)
mix olive oil, soya sauce, sugar, Char’s Am
I Talking Greek. Place pork or chicken and veggies on skewers then brush on sauce
and barbeque or bake in oven. Enjoy!
|1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp flour
1 tsp lemon juice
Splash of white wine (or 2 Ha, Ha) optional
¾ cup milk
Pinch of salt & pepper
1 tsp Char’s Lemon & Dill Weed
|Directions: Place butter in a sauce pan on medium heat (5) allow butter to melt
add pinch of salt, pepper & tsp of Char’s Lemon
& Dill (whisk gently) add flour continuously whisking,
Add wine, lemon juice, Milk & whisk until sauce had thickened
(Gravy consistency). Remove from heat & drizzle over Haddock,
halibut, Sole etc.
Rub My Ribs Recipe
Directions: Remove/Peel skin from ribs, roll ribs in Apple Cider vinegar.
Generously run Chars Rub my Ribs all over ribs.
Wrap with plastic wrap, and place in fridge over night.
Remove plastic wrap, place in roasting pan on a rack.
Add two cups apple juice/apple cider to bottom of roaster.
Cover roaster and place in oven @250 degrees (approx 3 hours).
Check ribs every hour. Add more juice if needed.
Bones will be exposed the when ribs are fully cooked.
Generously Apply your favorite BBQ sauce to both sides.
Place back in oven for 25 minutes. Remove and serve.
Moist, Fall off the Bone, Finger licking good! ENJOY!
Dollar Spiced Potatoes
|5 medium peeled
potatoes (peel on or off)
¼ cup of olive oil
1 tbsp or packet from Char’s Country Dips and Seasonings
|Directions: Slice cleaned potatoes into dollar shapes, place on cookie
sheet, brush olive oil, then sprinkle any of your favorite Char’s
Country Dips and Seasoning (bottle or a packet from the
variety pack), baked at 350° until cooked (approx 20-25 minutes).
Ham and Scalloped Potatoes
|6 pieces of
sliced Toupe Ham
5 Small White Potatoes
1 Tbsp of Butter (or Margarine)
½ cup of diced Red Onion
½ cup milk
1 Cup of Mixed shredded Cheddar and Mozza Cheese
2 teaspoons of Flour
1 Tbsp of Char’s Is that Garlic Seasoning
1 Tbsp of Char’s Tasty Onion and Chive
|Directions: On bottom of baking dish, place three pieces of ham, place ¼
cup of diced red onion and spread 1 teaspoons of flour over the
ham, next peel potatoes and slice them in dollar coin shapes, place
about 3 potatoes (sliced) on top of ham, next add ½ Tbsp
of butter, ¼ cup of milk, Char’s Is That Garlic
Seasoning, and Char’s Tasty Onion Chive Seasoning,
next add ½ cup mixed cheese. Repeat above for top layer.
Bake at 350° for approx 40-60 minutes…Enjoy!
Homemade Little Italy Spaghetti Sauce
|5 Large Ripe
1 small Spanish Onion
5 Large fresh Mushrooms
½ teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of Char’s Little Italy Seasoning
1 teaspoon of Char’s Is That Garlic Seasoning
1 teaspoon of Char’s Tasty Onion of Chive Seasoning
¼ cup of wine (optional)
¼ cup of Havarti or Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
|Directions: In a sauce pan saute, onions & mushrooms, next add diced up
tomatoes, wine (optional), oregano, Char’s Little Italy,
Char’s Is That Garlic, Char’s Tasty Onion and Chive Seasonings,
cook on low for about 5 minutes, add on top of favorite pasta, next
sprinkle favorite cheese. (A healthy and delicious meal.)
Garden Vegetable Soup
diced fresh Carrots
½ cup of fresh Green Bean (1 inch length)
½ soup of Rice (not cooked)
1 Chicken Breast diced in cubes
1 Potato diced in cubes
½ cup of diced celery
¼ cup of diced Onions
9 small Snow Peas
1 Tbsp of chicken soup base
¼ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of pepper
½ teaspoon of tarragon
1 Tbsp of Char’s Veggie Medley Seasoning
|Directions: In a pot fry chicken cubes with butter, once cooked add 3 cups of
water, carrots, fresh beans, rice, potatoes, celery, onions, snow
peas, chicken soup base, tarragon, Char’s Veggie Medley
Seasoning and salt and pepper. Boil for 40 minutes. Ready
to serve. Enjoy!
Fabulous Mexican Fajita’s
|3 Chicken Breast
(boneless) or 2Lbs Grilling Steak
1 onion (Sliced)
½ Red Pepper (Sliced)
½ Green Pepper (Sliced)
½ cup shredded lettuce
1 cup of shredded marble cheese
2 chopped tomatoes (small cubes) Salsa can be a substitute
1 tsp (Cilantro) Parsley
½ tsp Butter
¼ cup olive oil
1 cup Sour Cream
8-10 soft tortilla shells
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Char’s Mexican fajita mix
|Directions: In a bowl combine Tomatoes, cilantro & lemon juice, stir &
set aside, Sprinkle liberal amounts of Char’s Mexican
Fajita Mix on both sides of steak of chicken, Barbecue
or fry brushing or adding olive oil while cooking. Cut chicken or
steak in long thin slices once cooked.
Combine onions, peppers, butter in a frying pan, Sprinkle Char’s
Mexican Fajita Mix & sauté in frying pan until
Place 3 or 4 chicken or steak slices in center of tortilla shell,
add onions, peppers, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese & sour cream
& roll shell.

5 Minute Hot Potato Casserole
|1 small bag
of hash brown potatoes
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
2 Lg Tbsp of Char’s All dressed seasoning
1 medium (finely diced) Spanish Onion
1 cup of shredded Marble Cheese
½ cup of bread crumbs
½ cup corn flake crumbs
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper
10” square non-stick pan
|Directions: Combine hash brown potatoes in a mixing bowl with Char’s
All Dressed Seasoning, onions, salt, pepper & cheese
(mix together). Add can of cream of mushroom soup mix until well
blended. Place in non-stick pan & flatten with spoon until even.
Mix bread & cornflake crumbs together & spread evenly over
potatoes. Bake on medium heat 350° for approx 1 hr. Serves 6-8
