  One of my many childhood memories was Italian dishes my mom use to prepare, she used various seasonings to make a delicious Italian meat sauce , I remember entering   our house just after arriving from school and the aroma would instantly fill my nostrils and I would become very hungry for the Italian dish she had prepared. As the years passed I starting making my own sauce using my own seasonings, using various mixes & blends I came up with a blend of seasoning which I now call Little Italy. I use Little Italy in all of my Italian sauce dishes. Spaghetti, lasagna, cannelloni, pizza sauce and as a topping on the pizza just to name a few. We have discovered it’s great on roasted potatoes, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, Italian soups or stews or just sprinkle Char’s Country Dips and Seasonings Little Italy on any of your favorite meats or poultry. Not to mention it makes a fantastic Italian flavoured dip for your favorite chips, or the healthier choice your favorite veggies. One of our easy recipes is to cut russet, sweet or any other type of potato into coin thick slices, brush olive oil on both sides, place on a baking sheet and sprinkle Char’s Little Italy seasoning all over them & place them in the oven at 350 degrees for approx. 20 minutes mmmm…mmmm good.
